Greetings PNBC Family,

No sooner than another wonderful Mid-Winter Board Meeting entered into the history books, the

PNBC staff and I began the planning and preparations for our 57th Annual Session in Philadelphia, PA,

at the Downtown Marriott, August 6-10, 2018.

Soon we will gather in Philadelphia to advance the extraordinary vision of President Perkins and to fulfill the mission of our beloved Convention. An exciting, value-added feature this year will be The Angela Project (a 3-year movement commemorating the 400th Anniversary of Black Enslavement in America). PNBC members will join members of the National Baptist Convention of America and the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship for a rich and empowering symposium on Monday, August 6th from 9:00AM – 2:00PM in the plenary ballroom.

Our theme for the annual session is “Where Do We Go from Here: Chaos or Community?” An amazing line-up of engaging speakers and preachers has been assembled both on the main stage and in the Pastors and Ministers Division. The PNBC Christian Education Congress has prepared a plethora of classes and skill shops for your edification. In addition, our Youth Department has planned a host of engaging inspiring activities!

For more information, browse through the Annual Session webpage to register, reserve your accommodations, and plan your travel. I promise, you’ll be glad you did!  See you in Philly!

Peace Power and Progress,

Dr. Timothy Tee Boddie
